Shipping and FAQ's

 

We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days.  As we are a very small team we can be delayed in packaging orders. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, an email including the tracking number will be sent to you. 

All international orders are shipped via our good friends at DHL. Depending on your country, your package could take anywhere between 5-15 business days to be delivered.

DUTIES & TAXES:

For all international shipments please note that the pricing does not include duties & taxes. These charges will be added onto your shipment once it arrives in the country. You will need to pay these to release your package. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We hope that you love all of your new Jaimie pieces, however if the item you have purchased is not quite the right fit, you may return your item(s) for a store credit or a refund. To swap a size please email us to check that we have the correct size available.
The Jaimie label is a small boutique business with limited resources. We therefore ask that you be as considerate as possible when it comes to returns.
To return an item, the following conditions apply:
* Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for NZ - Rest of the world 18 days.
* The item(s) must be returned unworn and in the condition they were sent. 
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will process the return/refund. 
Please note:
* Customers will be refunded for the item(s) purchased, no shipping costs are included. 

 * We cannot accept returns for change of mind after duty and taxes have been added to the cost in your country of destination. Please take these possible extra charges into consideration when purchasing.
